We aim to give our guests a super clean, safe, and welcoming experience at our guest house. We've put together these House Rules and Policies based on industry standards, our management practices, and our own experiences running Shri Rajadhiraj Ashray. These rules are part of your reservation agreement with us. While making a booking at this property, you’re agreeing to follow all our rules, terms, and procedures. We’ve laid out these guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, and to make sure you know what to expect during your stay. Keep in mind that our rules might change occasionally, so it’s a good idea to check back regularly.

Policy & Regulations 

1. Accommodation will be granted only to guests whose information has been registered at the hotel reception. 

2. Room keys will be issued to guests only after they have completed the registration process at the reception desk. 

3. Given the hotel's location in a residential area, guests, especially those in groups, are expected to maintain a respectful noise level during evening hours. 

4. Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please be aware that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

5. The introduction of flammable materials, explosives, or firearms into the hotel is strictly prohibited. The possession or storage of any combustible, hazardous, or objectionable items is not allowed. 

6. Guests may store their luggage in the designated luggage room, subject to space availability, at their own risk for loss or damage. Luggage storage is limited to a maximum of 24 hours. 

7. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise during this time to avoid disturbing others. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further service to any guest who disrupts the peace or violates house rules. 

8. The following activities and items are strictly prohibited on hotel premises: gambling, smoking, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, poisons, drugs, animals, and any non-vegetarian or strongly odorous food. 

9. Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to hotel property, including amenities, furniture, and other items, by themselves or their visitors. Guests are required to compensate for any such loss or damage as determined by management. 

10. Access to guest rooms by visitors is strictly forbidden. However, under exceptional circumstances, management may permit a visitor to enter a guest room, provided they present valid photo identification and register their entry at the reception. Additionally, the guest must provide signed consent and complete mandatory registration at the reception desk, which includes leaving an identity card and personal information. 

11. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further accommodation to any guest who fails to demonstrate appropriate behavior and adherence to hotel policies and regulations. 

12. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel facilities, items, or property, and will be required to cover the costs as determined by management. 

13. The management disclaims any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings for any reason. 

14. Guests will be held solely accountable for any financial loss or damage incurred by the management, other guests, invitees, or staff due to their own negligence or failure to comply with hotel policies and instructions. 

15. The use of photographs and videos taken on hotel premises for commercial or public purposes is prohibited and may result in legal action. 

16. Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room or any area of the hotel immediately, without prior notice or explanation. Guests are required to comply with such requests, and failure to do so may result in the removal of their luggage and belongings from the room. 

17. Guests are expected to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and government rules that are in effect at any given time. 

18. THE MANAGEMENT RETAINS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, ADD, OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE policies, terms, conditions, and rules at any time without prior notification.
